1. Introduction
These Monetization and Donation Terms (“Terms”) apply to any financial contributions made in connection with the Last Call DayZ server (“Server”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By donating or otherwise contributing, you agree to these Terms.

2. Compliance with Bohemia Interactive Monetization Rules
1. The Last Call server operates under, and is strictly bound by, the Bohemia Interactive server monetization rules for DayZ private shard servers as published on the official Bohemia Interactive website. Bohemia Interactive
2. All monetization activities (including donations and any permitted perks) are:
o Non-pay-to-win.
o Not providing any unfair gameplay advantage.
o Not limiting core game content to donors only.
3. If Bohemia Interactive:
o Revokes, modifies, or refuses our monetization approval; or
o Determines that any aspect of our monetization is non-compliant,
we will adjust or cease relevant monetization features immediately.
If there is any conflict between these Terms and Bohemia Interactive’s rules, Bohemia’s rules will prevail.

3. Donations
1. Voluntary Nature
o All payments made via our donation channels are treated as voluntary donations in support of server costs and community development.
o Donations do not constitute the purchase of Bohemia Interactive products, nor official affiliation with Bohemia Interactive.
2. Payment Method
o All donations for the Last Call server are processed via:
 PayPal Me: https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/lastcallgaming
o By proceeding with a donation, you confirm you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
3. No Mandatory Donations
o Access to the Last Call server does not require a donation.
o Not donating will never:
 Prevent you from accessing the server (unless separate, non-monetary rules are breached).
 Restrict access to standard in-game content.
 Place you at a gameplay disadvantage.
4 Items custom to the server via donations will be available to all players apart of the community.
o No donating will not give you an advantage over anyone who has not donated

4. Allowed Perks (Non-Gameplay Affecting Only)
Any optional acknowledgements or perks provided to supporters will strictly comply with Bohemia Interactive’s rules. This may include, for example:
• Discord or in-game supporter tags or ranks that are purely cosmetic.
• Name mentions on our website, Discord, or social media (where agreed).
• Cosmetic-only items or features on modded servers, where applicable, that do not affect gameplay performance, power, progression, or balance.
We will not sell or grant:
• Weapons, gear, vehicles, spawn advantages, loadouts, or other benefits that affect gameplay balance.
• Any priority or restriction that creates a pay-to-win environment contrary to Bohemia Interactive’s policies.

5. No Refund Policy
1. All donations are final.
o By donating, you acknowledge and agree that your contribution is non-refundable.
2. This includes (without limitation):
o Server downtime or technical issues.
o Changes to server settings, mods, wipes, or rules.
o Loss of in-game items, bases, or progression.
o Suspension or ban due to breach of server rules.
3. Legal / statutory rights:
o Nothing in this clause is intended to exclude or limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law (for example in relation to fraudulent or unauthorized transactions). Any such situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Chargebacks & Fraud
1. Unauthorized, fraudulent, or bad-faith chargebacks harm the community and may result in:
o Permanent ban from the Last Call server and related services.
o Rejection of future donations.
2. We reserve the right to provide payment processors and relevant authorities with information necessary to investigate suspected fraud.

7. Use of Funds
Donations are used at our discretion to support and improve the Last Call community, which may include (for example):
• Server hosting and infrastructure.
• Anti-DDOS / security services.
• Mods, tools, and development.
• Branding, web services, and community events.
Donations do not grant ownership, equity, or decision-making rights in the server or any related entity.

8. Changes to These Terms
1. We may update these Terms to:
o Remain compliant with Bohemia Interactive’s monetization policies.
o Reflect changes in law or server operation.
2. Updated Terms will be published in our official channels. Continued use of the Server or continued donations after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
